Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receive the product and you do not report the issue, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, or return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, this also includes its packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days after your return is processed. Magnetic Curtains will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). We must be provided back with a tracking number for the return.

You are responsible for a return label and or shipping, the price for the return shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the total of the item purchased, terms that were agreed upon when purchased.
